Do I have an Unpleasant Odor?

My yarns were rolled so tightly, I ended up with a slight odor. Don’t worry, just unravel and with fresh air and a little sunlight, that scent will vanish.

Am I wrinkled?

Creases and kinks could happen as a result of the rug being folded and packaged. But, DON’T PANIC! Just let the rug relax on the floor for a few days, so that it could smooth out. Also, try back rolling; unroll the rug then roll again in the opposite direction.
