Do I have an Unpleasant Odor?
My yarns were rolled so tightly, I ended up with a slight odor. Don’t worry, just unravel and with fresh air and a little sunlight, that scent will vanish.
Am I wrinkled?
Creases and kinks could happen as a result of the rug being folded and packaged. But, DON’T PANIC! Just let the rug relax on the floor for a few days, so that it could smooth out. Also, try back rolling; unroll the rug then roll again in the opposite direction.
Are my shade and color different than pictured?
Lighting and position could affect the shade and color of the rug. Place at a different angle to obtain the desired appearance.
